André Nollkaemper is Professor of Public International Law at the Faculty of Law, Universiteit van Amsterdam, Director of the Amsterdam Center for International Law, and Director of the SHARES Research Project. He is president of the European Society of International Law, member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and (external) legal advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.
